Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States
  • Orders under $99 are charged at the rate shown at checkout
  • Economy and Standard options are available; rates are calculated on your cart and destination

Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most continental US deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping, depending on your distance from the fulfilment warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may carry additional freight charges and longer transit times; these are calculated at checkout.

International shipping is available via USPS and DHL Express to selected destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.

Stock and availability

Our catalogue reflects distributor inventory, which moves quickly. Occasionally a tire sells out between your order and fulfilment. If that happens we'll contact you promptly with the options: wait for restock, substitute an equivalent tire, or cancel for a full refund.

Receiving your delivery

Tires ship as loose freight and are not always boxed — this is normal and does not affect the product. Please inspect your delivery on arrival.

If anything arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before accepting or unwrapping, note the damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork, and contact us within 5 business days so we can file a freight claim. Damage reported after that window is much harder to recover.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less our outbound and return shipping costs. Re-shipping to a corrected address is charged at standard rates.

Installation

We supply tires only; we do not mount or balance. Your tires arrive at the address you provide and you can take them to any local installer. Many shops will fit customer-supplied tires for a per-tire fee — it's worth calling ahead to confirm.
