These terms govern your use of the Tread4life website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
Tread4life is an online tire retailer operating in the United States. You can reach us at ahmedfarag13877@yahoo.com.
Products and descriptions
We list tire specifications — size, load index, speed rating, treadwear warranty and construction — as supplied by the manufacturer and our distributor. We work to keep this accurate but do not warrant that every specification, price or image is complete or error-free. Product images are representative; sidewall markings and tread appearance can vary between production runs.
New and used tires are clearly identified. Used and take-off tires are sold as-is, with condition described in the listing.
Fitment is your responsibility
Our tire finder shows common factory fitments for a given vehicle. It is a guide, not a guarantee. Trim levels, optional wheel packages and aftermarket wheels all change the correct size.
Before ordering, confirm your size against the sticker inside your driver's door jamb or the sidewall of your current tire. We are not responsible for tires ordered in the wrong size; those are handled under our return policy.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at checkout.
If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than honour the error. We'll contact you if this happens.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error.
Installation and fitting
We sell tires only. We do not mount, balance, align or dispose of old tires, and we are not responsible for work performed by any third-party installer. Tires should be fitted by a qualified professional. Improper installation, inflation or maintenance can cause tire failure.
Warranties
New tires carry the manufacturer's warranty. That warranty is between you and the manufacturer; we will help you make a claim but we do not administer it. Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in workmanship and materials and generally exclude road hazard damage, improper inflation, misalignment, racing use, and normal wear.
Used and take-off tires are sold without warranty of any kind.
Except as expressly stated, products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tread4life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including loss of use, lost profits, vehicle damage, or costs of substitute goods. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout and design — belongs to Tread4life or its licensors. Brand names, logos and product images are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tread4life operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
